Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexbion handles account, security, service, and operational data for the Nexbion AI Gateway and workspace.
Prepared with reference to common AI service legal page structure, adapted for Nexbion's service model and Indonesian jurisdiction.
1. Data we handle
Nexbion may handle account identifiers, verification status, workspace settings, model preferences, usage events, activity logs, device and browser information, security signals, support messages, and billing or plan information when applicable.
2. Visitor and analytics data
Nexbion may collect limited visitor and product analytics to understand page usage, device class, locale, browser, rough network or geography signals, performance, and security events. Nexbion does not use visitor data to train LLM models.
3. Prompts and chat content
Prompts and chat content may be processed to provide the requested service, route requests, return model output, debug failures, enforce abuse controls, and support account features. Nexbion does not sell user prompts and does not use them to train LLM models operated by Nexbion because Nexbion does not operate such models.
4. Cookies and session security
Nexbion uses necessary cookies or similar storage for login state, preferences, security, localization, and service continuity. Some preferences may be stored locally in the browser so the interface can load with the selected language, theme, and sidebar state.
5. Third-party processors
Nexbion may use third-party model providers, routing services, hosting providers, database providers, email or WhatsApp delivery services, OAuth providers, analytics infrastructure, and security tools. Data shared with those parties is limited to what is needed for the relevant service function.
6. Security and retention
Nexbion applies reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards. Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal, audit, billing, dispute, or operational purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Some requests may be limited by security, legal, audit, or service requirements.
8. International use and transfers
Nexbion is operated for users in Indonesia and internationally. Data may be processed in Indonesia or other countries where Nexbion or its providers operate, subject to applicable data protection and cross-border transfer rules.
9. Children and restricted users
Nexbion is not intended for children or users who cannot lawfully use the service. If a workspace owner authorizes users, the owner is responsible for ensuring that access is appropriate and lawful.
10. Updates
Nexbion may update this Privacy Policy as the product, law, or provider relationships change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date or appropriate notice.
